The organisation of the work and liaison with the various trades and suppliers was extremely well managed and the quality of the work is absolutely top notch. The job started exactly when they said it would and was finished on time, despite a couple of issues that such a project will inevitably throw up, but with Mike's experience and know-how were quickly resolved. We were in the fortunate position of being able to be away from the property for the duration of the work and were amazed how clean and tidy it was when we returned.
