At Halton Property Services, we recently completed a full kitchen renovation in Bransgore, transforming an outdated space into a modern, practical kitchen designed for everyday living. The goal of this project was to completely refresh the room while improving the layout, storage, and overall functionality. Our clients wanted a kitchen that felt clean, contemporary, and organised, while still offering plenty of space for cooking and food preparation.

The renovation began with a full strip-out of the existing kitchen. All old cabinetry, wall tiles, and flooring were carefully removed to allow us to start with a blank canvas. Everything was responsibly disposed of using an on-site skip, ensuring the site remained tidy and efficient throughout the early stages of the project. This complete reset allowed us to implement a brand-new layout tailored to how the clients wanted to use their kitchen.

Once the room was cleared, we moved on to upgrading the core infrastructure. The plumbing system was renewed to suit the updated kitchen layout, ensuring reliable water supply and drainage for the sink and appliances. At the same time, the electrical system was upgraded to meet modern requirements. Additional sockets were installed throughout the room to support small kitchen appliances, while new dedicated power supplies were provided for the ovens and induction hob. Integrated appliance connections were also installed, ensuring everything functioned safely and efficiently.

A key focus of the new kitchen design was smart storage and improved flow. To maximise the available space, we installed tall tower units that neatly house and conceal the integrated fridge freezer. These units create a streamlined appearance while making excellent use of vertical storage. A large pantry cupboard was also incorporated into the layout, providing generous storage for food, cookware, and everyday essentials.

To achieve a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, we selected handleless slab-front cabinetry, which creates a clean and uninterrupted finish across the kitchen. This design approach keeps the room feeling modern and uncluttered while allowing the cabinetry itself to become a subtle design feature.

The kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances to support modern cooking needs, including an integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, dual ovens, and an induction hob. These appliances blend seamlessly into the cabinetry, maintaining the streamlined look of the space while delivering excellent functionality.

One of the standout features of this renovation is the worktop selection. The kitchen is finished with durable quartz worktops, chosen for their strength, longevity, and elegant appearance. The shark nose edge detail adds a refined design element, giving the worktops a distinctive yet understated finish. New flooring was also installed throughout the room, tying the entire kitchen together and enhancing the overall sense of continuity within the space.

The layout was carefully designed around the client’s lifestyle. The sink has been repositioned so it now looks out onto the garden, transforming everyday tasks like washing up into a more enjoyable experience. Combined with ample preparation space and a thoughtful layout that allows easy movement around the kitchen, the room now feels both practical and inviting.
